We are currently looking for a person to join the team developing an internal AI‑based solution that automates the support ticketing process.

More precisely, you will be responsible for:

  • Functional and non‑functional testing of the AI‑supported system

  • Identifying areas for automation and selecting appropriate technologies and tools

  • Creating, developing, and implementing test automation based on MCP servers, AI bots, Python, code‑level tests, and end‑to‑end tests

  • Using AI tools that support the testing process

  • Analysing results and reporting – including error categorization and identification of flaky tests

  • Participating in the creation of test strategies and test plans

  • Identifying, defining, and documenting test scenarios

  • Collaborating with developers, ML engineers, and the product owner on implementing new or modified functionalities

Requirements:

  • Ability to plan tests and think long‑term

  • Experience working with hyperscalers (GCP / AWS / Azure)

  • Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Spock, Cypress, JMeter or equivalents) – minimum 3 years of experience

  • Knowledge of Python and system scripting – minimum 3 years of experience

  • Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and engineering best practices – minimum 3 years of experience

  • Willingness to work with AI tools and explore new applications in testing

  • Experience in testing AI/ML solutions

  • Knowledge of OpenTelemetry

  • Experience testing with MCP servers and integrating AI with other tools

  • Knowledge of AI tools supporting QA (e.g., test generation, log analysis, regression automation)

  • Knowledge of communication protocols (SOA, microservices, event‑driven architecture) and major database engines

  • Ability to work comfortably in an English‑speaking team
