AI Model Validator

We are seeking an experienced AI Model Validator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our AI models used in healthcare decision-making. You will work closely with our data science and engineering teams to validate and improve the performance of our AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and troubleshoot issues with AI models and work with the data science and engineering teams to resolve them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI models meet regulatory and compliance requirements
• Monitor and track the performance of AI models and provide regular reports to management
• Continuously research and stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in AI validation techniques and tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and tools used in AI model validation
• Experience working with healthcare data and knowledge of healthcare regulations is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
