Data Ops Engineer – AI Enablement (100% Remote)

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Data Ops Engineer – AI Enablement to work in advanced data environments and generative AI.

This role combines Data/Analytics Engineering (60%) with AI Enablement/GenAI (40%), preparing high-quality data and applying LLMs to build analytical solutions and intelligent automation.

Location: 100% remote
English: B2+ / C1

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ETL/ELT processes using Python and SQL.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring quality, consistency, and traceability.
• Model data and build analytical datasets and AI pipelines.
• Implement data cleaning, validation, and quality control.
• Integrate LLM APIs and design GenAI solutions (RAG, prompting, embeddings, semantic search).
• Use GenAI tools to accelerate development and documentation.
• Document processes, models, prompts, and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams on data and AI solutions.

Key Requirements

Must-have

• Advanced Python and SQL.
• Experience with ETL/ELT and data modeling.
• Experience working with medium/large-scale data.
• Knowledge of Git.
• Experience with LLM APIs and GenAI projects.
• Knowledge of prompting and output evaluation.

Nice to have

• Data Lake / Warehouse / Lakehouse architectures.
• Orchestration and cloud environments.
• GenAI tools (LangChain, OpenAI, LlamaIndex…).
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of data security and governance.
