AI Software Engineer/ Embedded Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with business teams to identify and solve high-impact problems using AI-powered full-stack applications.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain end-to-end solutions (UI, backend, APIs, databases, AI agents, and automation).
• Rapidly prototype and deliver LLM/agentic AI solutions with minimal dependencies.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and own the full product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, gather feedback, drive adoption, and continuously improve solutions.
• Build reusable AI frameworks and components, share best practices with engineering teams, and ensure secure, reliable deployments.
• Serve as a trusted AI technical advisor to business leaders.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience (React/Next.js, Node.js, Python, Java, C#, REST/GraphQL).
• Proven ability to independently deliver end-to-end applications.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, MCP, or similar.
• Strong SQL/NoSQL, cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), and CI/CD knowledge.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in embedded engineering, solutions consulting, or forward-deployed roles.
• Track record of building full-stack applications independently or in small teams.
• Experience with RAG, tool-calling, multi-agent systems, and AI copilots.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate, operations, or similar domains.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable business impact through AI-driven solutions.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
