Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Co-founder to lead the technical direction of Zoom My Life and drive innovation in our digital health platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set encompassing technical expertise, leadership abilities, project management skills, and domain knowledge in healthcare.

Responsibilities:* Provide strategic leadership and vision in the development and implementation of Zoom My Life's technical roadmap, aligning with the company's mission and goals.

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, architects, and designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation, testing, and deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and robust solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and best practices in software development, including web and mobile app development, database design and management, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales, to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive product innovation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements in healthcare IT, providing insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Represent Zoom My Life in technical forums, industry events, and partnerships, building relationships with key stakeholders and positioning the company as a leader in digital health innovation. Qualifications:* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of leadership and technical expertise in software development, with at least 10 years of experience in a senior technical role.
  • Extensive experience with web and mobile app development technologies and languages, including Python, JavaScript, React.js, Django, and Flutter.
  • Strong understanding of database design and management principles, with proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Firebase, and expertise in deployment technologies.
  • Track record of building AI and SaaS products from the ground-up that have great UI/UX, scalability, and resilience.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare standards and protocols, including HL7 FHIR, and experience with healthcare compliance regulations such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and inspire teams towards a shared vision.
  • Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and develop talent, build high-performing teams, and create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, able to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and mitigate risks effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to making a positive impact on family health and well-being worldwide. 1. Technical Skills:* Proficiency in software development technologies and languages relevant to web and mobile app development (e.g., Python, JavaScript, React.js, Django, Flutter).
  • Understanding of database design and management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL databases).
  • Experience with cloud platforms and deployment technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Firebase).
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards and protocols such as HL7 FHIR.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices for safeguarding sensitive health information.
  • Ability to architect scalable and robust software solutions that meet the requirements of PHR systems.
  • Track record of building AI and SaaS products from the ground-up that have great UI/UX, scalability, and resilience.
  • Hands-on experience building applications that leverage LLMs, AI, NLP in production environments, experience with prompt engineering methodologies.
  • Hands-on development of our AI-powered health care product from conception to launch. This includes designing the architecture, choosing the right technology stack, and ensuring the product meets market needs and customer expectations. 2. Leadership and Management Skills:* Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate team members, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Effective communication skills for conveying project goals, priorities, and expectations to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and developing talent within the team.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making skills to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles encountered during the development process.
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, learning, and continuous improvement
  • Track record of identifying and hiring top talent as well as leading and scaling 3. Domain Knowledge in Healthcare (Preferred/optional):* Understanding of healthcare industry regulations, compliance requirements, and standards (e.g., HIPAA, Meaningful Use).
  • Knowledge of healthcare workflows, processes, and terminology to design solutions that meet the needs of healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders.
  • Awareness of emerging trends and technologies in healthcare IT, such as telemedicine, remote patient monitoring, and interoperability.
