Job Description

Cybercore is looking for a Cloud Software Engineer 3

The CSWE 3 shall leverage advances in data science to support challenging analytic problems including information overload, discovery, attribution, tracking, and assessment. Develop an evolving suite of operational protypes driven by state-of-the-art data science techniques for behavioral, geo-temporal, social, and content analysis against full-scale collection in robust, flexible, and multi-tenant cloud environments. Research to advance the science of machine learning and statistics in mission problems.

Required Skills

Minimum one (1) year hands-on ML Ops experience, including fine-tuning and operationalizing small ML models

Experience with Python

Experience with Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Pytorch, Keras, spaCy, GLiNER

Experience with Java

Experience with JavaScript

Experience with Angular

Experience with React

Experience with Docket

Experience with Kubernetes

Experience with AWS

Experience with Bash

Experience with Databases - Postgres, neo4j, click-house, accumulo, mongo-db, sql-lite, duckDB

Experience with Operating Systems - Linux (RHEL 8), Windows

Experience working with LLMs

Experience with Claude Sonnet 4

Ability to write code with dynamic prompts using OpenAI Chat Completions API

Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required

The salary range for this role is $145,000 - $220,000. This range is a good-faith estimate that reflects various experience levels. At CyberCore, we consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including the specific role and its responsibilities, the candidate's professional experience, geographic location, education, and relevant skills. This range is not a guarantee of salary, as final compensation may also be influenced by contractual requirements and other considerations.
