AI/ML Tech Architect

Senior AI/ML Tech Lead / Architect
Marysville, OH or Torrance, CA

We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Tech Lead/Architect to design and lead enterprise AI/ML solutions across cloud and data platforms.

✅ 15+ years experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Cloud Architecture
✅ Hands-on with AWS AI/ML services: SageMaker, Bedrock, Glue, Redshift, Kinesis, Lambda, Lake Formation
✅ Proficient in Python, SQL & ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
✅ Experience with IaC: AWS CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation
✅ Deep understanding of ML algorithms, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, & model optimization
✅ Proven experience building production-grade MLOps pipelines

Leadership & Advisory:

Code review, mentoring, enforcing standards

Consulting, customer advisory, and enterprise architecture experience
Excellent communication with technical & executive stakeholders

Preferred:

AWS Certifications (ML Specialty, Solutions Architect Professional)

Experience with Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, RAG architectures
Industry-specific AI experience: Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing
