Data Scientist

Glint Tech Solutions is hiring a Data Scientist in Plano, TX (Hybrid, 3 days/week). The role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced ML/AI solutions with strong expertise in LLMs, NLP, and classical data science algorithms. Candidates should have 5–8 years of experience, hands‑on Python/Spark/Databricks skills, and exposure to Azure cloud for scalable AI pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design, train, validate & deploy ML/AI models (LLMs, NLP, classical algorithms)

– Build scalable pipelines with PySpark/Spark & Databricks

– Perform LLM fine‑tuning, prompt engineering & evaluation

– Work with SQL/NoSQL datasets (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

– Collaborate with engineering & business teams to deliver AI solutions

– Implement model governance, monitoring & lifecycle management

Required Skills:
– 5–8 years in Data Science/ML/AI Engineering

– Strong expertise in LLMs, NLP & classical ML algorithms

– Hands‑on Python, PySpark, Databricks, SQL/NoSQL

– Azure Cloud experience for training & deployment

– Knowledge of fine‑tuning & optimization techniques

– Strong analytical, problem‑solving & communication skills
