We are looking for someone who is obsessed with AI and automation—not necessarily someone with years of corporate experience.

What You’ll Do

You will become the bridge between business owners and software developers.

Your job is to understand our vision and make sure developers build exactly what our customers need.

Product Development

• Translate business ideas into detailed product requirements
• Create feature documents for developers
• Test every new feature before customers receive it
• Find bugs and communicate fixes
• Improve user experience continuously

AI Research

Stay on top of the newest AI tools including:

• OpenAI
• Claude
• Gemini
• n8n
• Make.com
• Clay
• Cursor
• Replit
• MCP servers
• AI voice agents
• SEO automation
• Sales automation

Every week you’ll recommend ways we can improve our products.

Developer Management

You’ll work directly with freelance developers.

Responsibilities include:

• Writing clear development tasks
• Managing project timelines
• Reviewing completed work
• Testing functionality
• Ensuring quality before launch

Customer Success

Help deploy AI systems for customers.

Examples include:

• Insurance agencies
• Financial advisors
• Contractors
• Home service businesses

You’ll customize workflows, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.

AI Workflow Building

You do not need to be a senior software engineer.

However, you should be comfortable learning or using tools like:

• n8n
• Zapier
• Make
• OpenAI APIs
• CRM integrations
• Google Workspace
• Airtable
• Notion
• Basic SQL
• Webhooks
• APIs

Documentation

Create Standard Operating Procedures for:

• Customer onboarding
• AI deployments
• Prompt libraries
• Sales processes
• SEO systems
• Internal automation

Everything should be documented so anyone can understand it.

Within 30 days, you will:

• Understand our products
• Learn our AI stack
• Begin managing freelance developers

Within 90 days, you will:

• Own product testing
• Manage development sprints
• Improve AI prompts
• Build internal automations
• Help onboard customers

Within 12 months, you will:

• Own our entire AI product roadmap
• Recommend new products
• Help scale deployments to hundreds of clients

Compensation

• Salary: $60,000–75,000
• Annual performance bonus
