Are you passionate about leading the delivery of innovative AI and business application solutions?

We're looking for an experienced AI Agent and Application Development Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of AI agents, automation initiatives, and enterprise application development while working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of AI, automation, and application development initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with business priorities. You'll manage development backlogs, coordinate internal developers and external contractors, and help prioritize work based on business value, complexity, and team capacity.

You'll collaborate with architects, product owners, infrastructure, security, and business teams to remove delivery roadblocks, provide technical guidance, and ensure solutions are ready for release. You'll also support Agile delivery practices, oversee contractor engagement and resource planning, maintain delivery documentation, and continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and delivery effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a collaborative technical leader with experience delivering enterprise applications, AI solutions, intelligent automation, or Microsoft Power Platform projects. The ideal candidate is comfortable guiding development teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions, managing competing priorities, and driving projects from planning through implementation.

You should bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with enterprise application development, AI solutions, intelligent automation, or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, backlog management, testing, release planning, and DevOps practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience coordinating developers, contractors, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, assess delivery risks, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse).
• Familiarity with AI technologies such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to enterprise technologies including APIs, integrations, SharePoint Online, ServiceNow, Moveworks Agent Studio, or comparable solutions.

Microsoft, Azure, Power Platform, or AI-related certifications are considered an asset.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker passionate about leveraging modern technologies to deliver impactful AI applications while leading innovative development teams toward success in a collaborative environment.

Pay: $75,600.00-$114,600.00 per year
