Job description
Requires 7+ years of experience Looking for a more senior, hands-on contributor Core Skillsets: Strong background in A/B testing, statistics, and experimental design Experience with machine learning and modeling NLP / text data experience is a strong plus Technical Stack: Primary: Python, Snowflake, Databricks Nice-to-have: PySpark Future environment may include GCP tools (migration planned around early 2027) Key Responsibilities: Analyze customer/patient engagement across multiple communication channels, including: Call center data SMS/text messaging App-based interactions (chatbots, digital engagement) Generate insights to improve customer communication and experience Partner closely with cross-functional business teams Soft Skills: Strong communication skills required Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
