Roles & Responsibilities
- Define enterprise AIOps strategy and operating model
- Establish governance for AI/ML model lifecycle management
- Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics
- Enable proactive incident detection and RCA
- Collaborate with IT, AI CoE, and business teams
Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000 a year
