About KPMG NewTech - AI Transformation

KPMG NewTech works with some of Denmark's largest organisations to put AI into work. Our AI Transformation team sits at the centre of this, operating across two areas that go hand in hand: we design and implement AI solutions and transformations, and we help organisations change how they work through AI adoption.

A big part of what makes us different is our NewPractice methodology – our approach to redefining how organisations build AI-native processes from the ground up. It is not about putting AI onto existing ways of working. It is about rethinking work itself.

What you will be doing

You will carry both commercial and delivery responsibility. On the commercial side, you will identify opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and lead the pursuit of new work. On the delivery side, you will oversee complex AI transformation engagements, ensuring high-quality work, and that the client is getting real value.

You will also be part of the leadership of the AI Transformation team, helping shape where we go and how we work.

A central part of the role is working with AI yourself. We use AI across everything we do: from running our projects smarter, developing our methods faster, and showing clients first-hand what good AI adoption looks like.

In practice, that means:

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building pipelines, writing proposals, and closing deals
• Being a trusted advisor to C-level and senior client stakeholders on AI strategy and transformation
• Leading or overseeing complex AI transformation projects from start to finish
• Working with clients to redefine how they work through AI-native processes, using our NewPractice methodology
• Using AI tools regularly in your own work and setting the standard for the team
• Developing and coaching consultants and managers of the team
• Collaborating with other KPMG service lines and the global network where it adds value
• Contributing to how we develop our services and go-to-market approach

What we are looking for

You have 7+ years of experience, likely from consulting or a senior advisory role. You know how to sell and how to deliver and you understand that the two are connected. You are comfortable at the executive level and have a history of building real client relationships over time.

More specifically, we look for:

• Experience with AI, digital transformation, or technology-driven change at a senior level
• Experience bringing in new work – you have won work, not just delivered it
• You use AI tools in your work today and are ready to push that further
• Good at communicating with C-level stakeholders: clear, direct, no fluff
• Experience navigating complex organisations and diverse stakeholder landscapes
• Genuinely curious about AI, what it means for how organisations work, and how the latest AI trends are changing the business landscape
• A leadership style that motivates and develops the people around you
• Fluency in English and Danish
• A relevant master's degree or above
