Your new responsibilities:

  • Operate and continuously improve existing AI solutions in production environments, including Voice AI and Document AI applications.
  • Monitor AI performance using KPIs, operational metrics, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Identify quality issues, model drift, and optimisation opportunities and translate them into actionable improvements.
  • Design, test, and implement prompt-based AI solutions from initial idea through to production deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify new AI use cases and define success criteria.
  • Develop, maintain, and document AI workflows to ensure transparency, scalability, and compliance.
  • Support business teams in understanding AI capabilities, limitations, and performance indicators.
  • Ensure alignment with Intrum Group AI standards and contribute local insights to the wider AI community.

What you bring to our team:

  • Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or similar technologies.
  • Experience in prompt engineering and the systematic evaluation and optimisation of AI outputs.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with structured data and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • A structured and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for applying AI technologies in operational business environments.
  • Initial experience with AI projects, automation solutions, analytics tools or workflow platforms is considered an advantage.
  • Experience within operations, financial services, credit management or business analytics is beneficial but not mandatory.
