Happy eBikes is a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer electric bike brand scaling distribution across B2B and DTC channels. We're leveraging AI and automation to compete with larger players and accelerate growth.

Core Responsibilities:

AI Tool Evaluation & Implementation

• Research, test, and implement AI tools for marketing, sales, and operations
• Build AI-powered automation workflows to scale outreach and customer engagement
• Evaluate generative AI for email, copywriting, and content creation
• Document ROI and performance of each AI tool implemented

Generative AI for Sales & Marketing

• Use AI to generate wholesale pitch emails and sales collateral
• Build prompt templates for consistent, high-converting messaging
• Generate product copy and marketing content using AI tools
• Test and optimize AI-generated content for conversion rate improvement

AI-Powered Lead & Data Processing

• Build AI workflows to research and qualify B2B leads automatically
• Use AI to analyze competitor pricing, positioning, and messaging
• Process large datasets of retailer/distributor information using AI
• Extract insights from customer data and feedback using AI analysis tools

Automation & Scaling Workflows

• Build end-to-end AI automation workflows for outreach campaigns
• Implement AI chatbots for customer support and lead qualification
• Create automated lead scoring and prioritization using AI
• Set up AI-powered email sequences and campaign management

AI Experimentation & Optimization

• Run A/B tests comparing AI-generated vs. human-created content
• Pilot emerging AI tools and document learnings
• Identify new opportunities to apply AI for business growth
• Present recommendations and findings to leadership

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
