We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to develop cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions that create real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models.
• Build scalable AI solutions using cloud and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
• Develop data pipelines and prepare datasets for AI applications.
• Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Develop AI solutions using computer vision, NLP, Generative AI, and LLM technologies.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and industry partners on innovative projects.
• Support MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based AI deployments.
• Ensure AI solutions meet responsible AI, privacy, and security standards.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, software engineering, or data science.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, JAX, or similar frameworks.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, NLP, or computer vision.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and MLOps.
• Australian citizenship or the ability to obtain a security clearance may be required for some projects.
