The AI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions to enhance our data platform's capabilities. This role will focus on building and optimizing machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP) systems, and AI algorithms to drive innovation and improve business outcomes. The AI Developer will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and impactful AI solutions. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
• Implement NLP solutions for text analytics, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI using tools like Hugging Face Transformers and spaCy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Stay updated with emerging AI trends, including Generative AI, Explainable AI (XAI), and Reinforcement Learning.
• Participate in the design and implementation of AI-driven analytics to uncover new business insights.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on AI technologies and best practices.

Qualifications: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Experience:

• 4-7 years of experience in AI development, machine learning, and data science.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java for AI and machine learning development.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI deployment.
