AI-driven Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a test manager to lead quality assurance in our AI modernization program. You will ensure quality, stability, and business correctness across AI-driven solutions and modern software architectures. This role combines strategic quality leadership with practical AI implementation knowledge.

What You Will Be Doing

As our test manager and quality engineer, you will orchestrate quality across the entire development lifecycle, working with development teams, architects and business stakeholders to deliver robust AI-driven solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements.

• Define test strategy and quality frameworks for AI-driven systems

• Design test setups using AI agents, automation and continuous validation

• Validate system behavior across UI, API and end-to-end levels

• Build and maintain AI test agents and quality workflows

• Ensure coverage of business-critical flows through risk-based approaches

• Monitor production systems and feed insights back into development

• Act as human-in-the-loop for AI output validation

About You

• At least 3 years of technical background in software development or technical QA

• Experience with test strategy and quality assurance in complex systems

• Deep understanding of APIs, integrations and modern architecture

• Experience with test automation, CI/CD pipelines and modern testing practices

• Experience with AI tools, prompting or AI-assisted workflows

• Ability to translate business requirements into structured test coverage

• Risk-based and analytical approach to quality and decision-making

• Experience working across development, architecture and business teams

• Familiarity with production monitoring, governance frameworks, or financial services regulations would be valuable additions to your profile.
