Overview

The AI Solutions Engineer is responsible for turning organizational needs into practical AI solutions that deliver clear value. This role owns prioritization, solution delivery, and adoption. The engineer builds AI Tools, document intelligence solutions, and workflow automation, while ensuring users understand and use the solutions effectively.

Primary Responsibilities

Prioritization and Value Delivery

  • Partner with organizational teams to identify high‑value use cases for AI
  • Prioritize work based on impact, effort, and readiness
  • Leads process automation initiatives by driving prototype-based discovery and building functional workflow demonstrations that validate repeatable, end-to-end processes-from defined inputs through tool orchestration

Solution Development

  • Design and build AI Tools that support business workflows
  • Develop document intelligence solutions to extract, organize, and use data
  • Create automated workflows that improve efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with IT standards

Adoption and Change Management

  • Drive user adoption through training, communication, and support
  • Simplify solutions so they are easy to use and understand
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve solutions
  • Partner with leadership to embed AI into daily work

Collaboration and Governance

  • Work closely with data, security, and application teams
  • Ensure solutions follow data governance and compliance requirements
  • Support pilot programs and scale successful use cases

Job Requirements

  • Build and deliver AI solutions end to end, from idea to production
  • Translate business needs into simple, effective technical solutions
  • Deliver AI Tools, workflow automation, and document intelligence solutions
  • Support adoption through training and structured rollout plans
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and data standards
  • Operate in a fast, iterative environment with clear priorities Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5 years + experience working with Machine Learning or Deep Learning.

  • Experience with API-driven integrations, workflow automations, document automation (e.g. excel and docx), and generative AI

  • Experience building business applications, automation, or data solutions

  • Strong problem solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders

  • Experience driving adoption or leading change initiatives Preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or similar ecosystems

  • Experience with document processing or data extraction tools

  • Understanding of data governance, identity, and security practices

  • Experience working in pilot or MVP environments #LI-Hybrid
