AI Specialist - Private

Position Summary

The AI Specialist (Private) will own the operational adoption and feedback lifecycle of proprietary enterprise AI initiatives. The role will partner with engineering and business leaders to redesign workflows, test internal models, and ensure internal AI investments deliver measurable business outcomes including reduced error rates and operational scale. The role requires a hands-on workflow expert who can balance process redesign with software testing and drive behavior change across business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational liaison and super-user to drive adoption of internally developed AI tools
• Rigorously test internal models and provide domain-specific feedback to engineering teams to improve accuracy
• Design, document, and implement new operational workflows across Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency that integrate proprietary AI
• Champion the use of internal data environments to solve complex, firm-specific operational challenges
• Establish KPIs tied to internal tool utilization, operational error reduction, and straight-through processing rates

Qualifications

• 5+ years of deep operational experience within fund administration, accounting, or onboarding
• Demonstrated ability to redesign workflows and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Experience participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) or software rollout initiatives
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams to provide precise operational feedback
• Deep understanding of financial services operations and legacy system limitations
• Strong leadership and peer influence skills to drive behavior change
• Operator mindset with a focus on execution and efficiency outcomes
