Role Summary:
As a Data Scientist, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting operational, product, and strategic decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and visualization. You will design and deliver data-driven solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights. The role covers the full data lifecycle, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, modelling, and visualization, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable and reliable data solutions across cloud and on-premise environments. We are looking for a profile with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse and multicultural environments

Role and Responsabilities:
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for analytics and reporting

Analyze, validate, and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency

Develop dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI or similar) to support decision-making

Translate business and product requirements into data models and analytical outputs

Define and track KPIs and performance metrics for products and services

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights

Monitor data workflows and resolve issues to ensure reliability and performance

Support data warehousing and data integration across multiple sources

Must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or data engineering roles

Strong proficiency in Python or SQL for data processing and analysis

Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases

Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g. Power BI)

Experience in data cleaning, transformation, and validation

Understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL processes

Experience working with structured datasets in reporting and analytics contexts

Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business insights

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills in English (minimum C1-Advance Level)

Nice to have:
Experience with KPI frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting governance

Experience supporting product, service, or portfolio reporting environments

Experience with ETL tools or data integration platforms

Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or similar)

Familiarity with automation, scripting, or workflow tools

Experience with data quality monitoring and data governance frameworks

Knowledge of DevOps or version control practices (Git, CI/CD)

Relevant certifications (Power BI, ITIL, Data Analytics, Cloud)

Experience working in complex, structured, or multi-stakeholder environments

Tools:
Experience with common data, analytics, and collaboration tools, such as:

Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

Data querying and processing tools (SQL, Python, Jupyter, etc.)

Data integration and ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi)

Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)

Version control tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab)

Documentation and collaboration tools (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Confluence)

Workflow, ticketing, or monitoring tools for data pipelines and processes
