Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Description

Oncoustics is looking to expand its Egypt-based team with a senior machine learning engineer. Oncoustics is a North American headquartered healthtech startup developing advanced diagnostic solutions on handheld ultrasound scanners.

Responsibility

• Work with R&D team in development and deployment of deep learning and machine learning models in tensorflow and pytorch
• Influence feature engineering and signal processing, and coordinate for optimal mining with AI
• Bonus consideration will be given to applicants that have developed ML-based solutions that have been commercially deployed and/or have worked directly in deploying ML models in to commercial-use production pipelines
• Graduate degree in a related field, and relevant undergraduate
• 5+ years at least of industry experience in the development and deployment of AI/ML models, ideally for health care
• Expertise in Python for Deep Learning and Machine Learning packages: Pandas, Sklearn, Keras, Tensorflow, Pytorch

Please note that as close collaboration is required with the Toronto and San Francisco teams, standard availability required is 4pm-midnight Cairo time, Monday through Friday.
