We are seeking a highly motivated AI Operations & Automation Specialist to help modernize, automate, and optimize our business through Artificial Intelligence and workflow automation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about AI and wants to play a key role in implementing cutting-edge technology into a fast-paced real estate company. We are looking for someone who understands AI, thinks creatively, solves problems, and can build systems that improve efficiency across the organization.
Position Overview
You will work directly with ownership and our brokerage team to identify inefficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, create AI-powered workflows, improve operational systems, and implement technologies that increase productivity throughout the company.
The ideal candidate actively uses Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools and understands how to leverage them to solve real business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement AI solutions to improve company operations and efficiency
- Build and optimize workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools
- Research and implement new AI technologies that can help grow the business
- Develop AI-powered lead generation and prospecting systems
- Improve CRM and database organization
- Assist with market research, data analysis, and business intelligence
- Continuously improve internal systems and processes
