Overview of Job
We are seeking a skilled and passionate AI Engineer with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning technologies. You will work on building intelligent systems and solutions that drive business outcomes, ranging from predictive models to real-time AI-driven applications.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML algorithms and models to solve business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications.
- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning technologies.
- Develop data pipelines and preprocessing methods for model training and deployment.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of AI models and systems.
- Conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and enhance AI system capabilities.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deploy AI solutions in production environments.
- Create technical documentation for AI models and workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning models, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI models.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices for model deployment and monitoring.
- Ability to work with large datasets and build scalable AI solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in AI-driven products or solutions in industries like healthcare, finance, retail, etc.
- Exposure to big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Knowledge of model interpretability and explainability methods.
