Junior AI Video & Content Creator

Location: Leeds / Hybrid

Brand Ambition is looking for a curious, creative and technically confident Junior AI Video & Content Creator to help us explore the next wave of content production.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves experimenting with new tools, creating social-first content and turning ideas into short-form videos, campaign visuals and digital assets.

You do not need years of experience. We are more interested in someone who is proactive, fast to learn and excited by the potential of AI in marketing.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating short-form video content for LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok and paid ads
• Using tools such as Claude, Higgsfield, CapCut, Runway, Canva and other AI creative platforms
• Turning campaign ideas into scripts, storyboards and video concepts
• Producing AI-generated visuals, clips, animations and social assets
• Editing videos with captions, music, transitions and branded elements
• Supporting client campaigns with creative mock-ups and content ideas
• Testing new AI tools and documenting useful workflows for the team
• Working with our content, SEO, design and paid media teams to bring campaigns to life

What we’re looking for

• A genuine interest in AI, video, social media and digital marketing
• Some experience creating video or social content, personally or professionally
• Confidence using creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Premiere Pro or similar
• Strong attention to detail
• Good writing skills and an eye for what works on social media
• Willingness to experiment, test and learn quickly
• Comfortable taking feedback and improving creative work
• Organised enough to manage multiple small projects at once

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Higgsfield, Pika or Kling
• Basic understanding of paid social or LinkedIn content
• Basic design skills
• Interest in B2B marketing
• Experience creating reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts or LinkedIn videos
