Position Overview

Ultimate Home Brands is seeking an innovative and forward-thinking AI Specialist to help drive the adoption of artificial intelligence throughout our organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about emerging technologies, enjoys staying ahead of industry trends, and is excited about finding practical ways to use AI to improve business operations.

The AI Specialist will research new and emerging AI tools, identify opportunities for automation, and help implement solutions that improve efficiency across multiple departments. This position requires curiosity, creativity, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for the rapidly evolving world of AI.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate new AI technologies, tools, and industry developments.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Implement and manage AI-powered solutions across various business functions.
• Work with leadership and department managers to understand challenges and recommend AI-driven solutions.
• Test, document, and optimize AI processes and automations.
• Develop best practices for AI usage within the organization.
• Train team members on new AI tools and technologies when appropriate.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented AI solutions and recommend improvements.
• Stay current with advancements in generative AI, automation platforms, machine learning tools, and business productivity technologies.

Qualifications Required

• Strong interest and enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred

• Experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar tools.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar solutions.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and business software systems.
• Experience creating process documentation and training materials.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
