Position Overview

We are seeking an AI Automation Specialist to develop and deploy AI-powered automation solutions across business operations. The ideal candidate combines expertise in automation platforms, AI technologies, data integration, and process improvement to streamline workflows and enhance organizational productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and implement AI-driven workflows and automations.
  • Integrate AI models, APIs, and third-party applications into existing systems.
  • Build automated solutions using low-code/no-code and custom development tools.
  • Develop chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI agents for internal and external use.
  • Monitor automation performance and optimize workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.
  • Create documentation, training materials, and best practices for automation solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5+ years of experience in automation, AI implementation, or software development.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as:
  • Microsoft Power Automate
  • Zapier
  • Make
  • UiPath
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Experience working with AI APIs and large language models.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, databases, and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with generative AI platforms and agent-based systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as:
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Experience with prompt engineering and AI governance.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Relevant certifications in automation, cloud computing, or AI.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
