Job Title: AI Implementation Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the delivery head to understand business requirements and identify suitable AI use cases.
  • Translate client needs into clear implementation requirements for AI and automation solutions
  • Support the deployment, configuration, and integration of AI models into existing applications and systems
  • Coordinate with the project head, data, and infrastructure teams during implementation phases
  • Provide user training, documentation, and post-deployment support to ensure smooth adoption
  • Collect client feedback from project head, usage insights, and improvement requests and share them with internal teams.
  • Support continuous improvement by helping refine AI workflows, models, and integration approaches
  • Ensure implementations follow data security, privacy, and compliance standards

Skills/Experience/Qualifications Required:

  • Experience integrating software solutions into existing enterprise systems or platforms
  • Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and system integration concepts
  • Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to technical teams
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, cloud platforms, or automation frameworks is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle implementation challenges
  • Good communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to prepare user guides, training materials, and simple technical documentation
  • Willingness to learn new AI tools, models, and implementation practices as the field evolves

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ashford TW15 2RP
