Business Operations Specialist with AI Training

We're a healthcare software company, and we need a reliable, organized person who can help with a range of things: answering customer questions, supporting our sales efforts, coordinating tradeshows and marketing, and handling everyday admin work. No two days look exactly the same.

We use AI tools throughout our work, and you'll learn to use them here. You don't need any experience with AI — just a willingness to learn.

What you'd be doing

• Customer support: Answer questions and manage tickets (we use Freshdesk).
• Sales support: Help with outreach, follow-ups, research, and keeping our customer records (Pipedrive) up to date.
• Marketing & events: Coordinate tradeshows and conferences, and help put together marketing materials, emails, and social posts.
• Admin & operations: Scheduling, documents, and keeping the day-to-day running smoothly.

What we're looking for

• A couple years of experience in customer service, office admin, sales support, marketing, or something similar. Motivated candidates ready to step up are welcome too.
• Good communication, written and spoken.
• Organized and dependable, and comfortable switching between different tasks.
• Curious about AI and open to learning new tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Freshdesk, Pipedrive, or HubSpot.
• Background in healthcare or a medical office.
