We are seeking an AI Agent Engineer to join our client's team in Krakow. You will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents that automate business processes across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity if you have hands-on experience building conversational AI solutions and want to work with enterprise-scale platforms in a structured, regulated banking environment.

Position Overview

As an AI Agent Engineer, you will architect and build intelligent agent solutions that transform how the organisation automates workflows and enhances user experiences. You will leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio and related automation tools to create sophisticated conversational AI systems that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise infrastructure. Your work will directly improve operational efficiency, reduce manual processes, and enable teams across the business to work more effectively. You will operate within an agile environment, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions that meet rigorous banking standards for security, compliance, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Power Platform tools
  • Build conversational flows and user experiences that are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with business requirements
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and existing workflows to ensure seamless operation
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to gather requirements and define solution architectures
  • Monitor agent performance, collect user feedback, and implement iterative improvements to enhance accuracy and user satisfaction
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to the organisation's data privacy, security, and compliance standards throughout development and deployment
  • Write clear technical documentation, user guides, and best practice materials to support solution adoption and maintenance
  • Implement automated testing frameworks and performance monitoring to validate agent effectiveness
  • Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and conversational platforms, recommending new tools and approaches
  • Work independently and collaboratively within agile teams to deliver solutions on schedule

Requirements

Essential Experience and Skills

  • Proven track record developing and deploying AI agents, chatbots, or virtual assistants in production environments
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar conversational AI platforms (for example, Azure Bot Service, Dialogflow)
  • Strong understanding of generative AI concepts including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and prompt engineering
  • Knowledge of ethical and responsible AI principles, including bias mitigation, transparency, and explainability
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and RESTful APIs
  • Understanding of secure coding practices and implementing compliance controls
  • Ability to design conversational flows and optimise user experience
  • Experience implementing analytics and monitoring for AI agents
  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and capacity to articulate requirements clearly
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and adapt to complex environments
  • Proven capability to influence and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups

Technical Advantages

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud platforms
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks for conversational AI
  • Knowledge of Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate Desktop, Power BI)
  • Experience working in agile teams using collaboration tools (for example, Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Background in Corporate and Investment Banking or financial services
