Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models utilizing frameworks such as TensorFlow and machine learning cloud services to meet project goals.
• Implement scalable big data systems using tools like Hadoop, Spark, and Talend for efficient data processing and analytics.
• Conduct statistical modeling and analysis to support research initiatives, ensuring accuracy and relevance of insights.
• Develop natural language processing applications and generative AI solutions to enhance user interactions and automate content creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments through model training, evaluation, and deployment processes.
• Optimize model performance by performing rigorous evaluation, tuning hyperparameters, and ensuring scalability across large datasets.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of algorithms, processes, and system architecture to support ongoing development and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or similar platforms for developing AI models.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C, or R for data analysis, model development, and automation tasks.
• Hands-on knowledge of big data technologies including Hadoop, Spark implementation, SQL databases, and ETL processes for data extraction and transformation.
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or other cloud platforms for deploying scalable AI solutions.
• Expertise in statistical analysis tools for research purposes as well as predictive modeling analysis.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), generative AI techniques, and model evaluation methodologies.
• Ability to design efficient database schemas for large-scale data mining projects while ensuring data integrity.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment; familiarity with quantum engineering is a plus but not required.
