AI Automation & AEO Specialist (Claude Code / Codex / AI Systems)

We are looking for a highly technical AI Automation & AEO Specialist who is passionate about artificial intelligence, automation, and building practical systems.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, ChatGPT, MCP servers, APIs, automation platforms, and custom AI workflows. You should be comfortable building internal tools, creating automations, improving business processes, and helping clients become more visible in AI search results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AEO
• Optimize websites for visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI-powered search engines
• Build AI-powered internal tools and business systems
• Create custom automations using APIs, webhooks, MCP servers, and AI agents
• Develop workflows using Claude Code, Codex, and other AI development tools
• Integrate AI solutions with websites, CRMs, and marketing platforms
• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend implementation strategies
• Create and maintain documentation for AI systems and automations
• Assist with technical SEO and structured data implementation
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive business processes
• Test, troubleshoot, and improve existing AI workflows

Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI systems and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar AI coding platforms
• Experience creating automations using APIs, webhooks, MCP servers, or automation platforms
• Understanding of AEO, SEO, semantic search, and AI search optimization
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic programming concepts
• Experience building custom tools, scripts, dashboards, or internal systems
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly as AI technologies evolve
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
