Overview
We're seeking an experienced AI Creative Specialist to lead video and photography content creation for our haircare brand portfolio. You'll create high-performing short-form video ads and imagery for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and email marketing using modern AI and video production tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce AI-powered video and still-image ads for multiple DTC haircare brands
• Create multiple creative variations and hook concepts per campaign
• Build strong opening hooks and retention-focused editing for short-form video
• Manage the full creative workflow from concept through final delivery
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team on strategy and creative direction
• Stay current on effective creative patterns in beauty and haircare advertising
• Manage timelines and deliver high-volume creative assets
• Refine, retouch, and elevate AI-generated content using Adobe Creative Suite to ensure brand consistency and production-ready quality
• Use Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to clean up AI-generated imagery, create marketing assets, develop layouts, and prepare final files for digital and print use

Required Experience

• 3+ years creating short-form video advertising for TikTok, Meta, and Instagram Reels
• Proven expertise with AI video and image-generation tools
• Strong understanding of what makes beauty and haircare content perform
• Strong branding, visual storytelling, and creative direction skills
• Proficiency in video editing software
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience retouching, enhancing, and preparing AI-generated creative assets for professional marketing use
• Ability to combine AI-generated content with traditional design tools to create polished, on-brand deliverables
