An AI Solutions Consultant works with enterprise customers to understand their business processes and implement AI-powered automation solutions using the Relevance AI platform. The role bridges technical and business teams, ensuring successful deployment, customer adoption, and ongoing optimization of AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze customer business requirements.
• Design and implement AI automation solutions using the Relevance AI platform.
• Lead client onboarding, training, and solution deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops.
• Monitor solution performance and recommend optimizations.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for AI implementation.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and implementation plans.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer usage and improve business outcomes.

Pay: From $10,000.00 per month
