- Solid understanding of agile software development, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and secure software design; experience in financial services or securities processing is a plus.
- Practical experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications, such as working with REST-based AI services, large language model (LLM) APIs, or deploying lightweight ML models into production systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools, such as prompt engineering, model evaluation, embeddings, vector databases, or orchestration frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to shared engineering standards and best practices.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills, with a proactive mindset focused on ownership, quality, and continuous learning.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.
