Senior Software Engineer

Role Description:

As a senior software engineer, you will build the clinical AI platform almost from scratch. The engineer will build a high-precision RAG platform for clinical applications requiring:

• LLM outputs that are traceable and evidence-backed
• Retrieval from predefined, trusted data sources
• Attribution and hallucination mitigation
• Deployment in secure AWS environment

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years Python in production environments
• Built and deployed at least one LLM or RAG system end-to-end
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or similar)
• Computer Science degree (BS, MS, or PhD)

Strongly preferred:

• Experience with AWS (ECS, RDS, IAM, VPC)
• Knowledge of hallucination mitigation techniques
• Worked with clinical, healthcare, or regulated data (not required)

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
