Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models utilizing frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, and other AI tools to enhance predictive analytics capabilities.
  • Implement scalable data pipelines using ETL processes, Talend, Hadoop, and Spark to ensure efficient data flow from diverse sources including SQL databases, linked data, and big data environments.
  • Conduct statistical modeling and analysis for research purposes to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that inform strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments using cloud services like AWS and machine learning cloud platforms for model training and deployment.
  • Develop natural language processing (NLP) solutions and explore generative AI techniques to enhance content understanding and automation.
  • Design database schemas and optimize SQL queries for high-performance data retrieval; implement database design best practices for scalable storage solutions.
  • Evaluate model performance through rigorous testing, validation, and model evaluation techniques; continuously improve models based on feedback and new data.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in machine learning/AI-based analysis with a strong understanding of AI implementation strategies across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), and VBA for automation and analysis tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with big data tools including Hadoop, Spark (and Spark implementation), Talend, and SQL databases.
  • Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis for research combined with skills in statistical modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, SAS, and natural language processing libraries.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based machine learning services on AWS or similar platforms for model training and scalability.
  • Strong understanding of database design principles, data mining techniques, and linked data concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and innovative AI solutions that drive business value.

Pay: $122,000.00 per year
