Senior AI Architect – Agentic Systems & SDLC Automation

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior AI Architect to help redesign how software is built, tested, and delivered using agentic AI systems.

This is a hands-on, builder role focused on embedding AI directly into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from requirements and ticket generation through development, testing, and deployment.

We’re particularly interested in individuals who have experience applying AI to real-world workflows and systems, and who are excited about shaping how AI can drive meaningful automation across engineering and operational processes.

Day to day you will

• Design, build, and evolve AI‑powered agents, workflows, and orchestration systems across internal platforms
• Embed AI across the full software development lifecycle — from requirements capture and ticket generation through development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Build agent-driven automation loops that reduce manual work across setup, validation, QA, and release processes
• Identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities in partnership with Engineering and Implementation teams
• Integrate AI into CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and production systems to improve speed, quality, and reliability
• Define and implement evaluation, validation, and feedback loops to ensure safe and effective AI output
• Monitor performance, reliability, and adoption of AI systems in production and iterate based on real-world usage
• Partner closely with engineering, product, and operations stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in workflow efficiency and delivery timelines

It would be amazing if you have

• Strong engineering background with experience in automation, platform systems, or AI-enabled workflows
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, multi-step workflows, or orchestration-based systems
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, and release processes
• Experience integrating systems through APIs, event-driven workflows, or data pipelines
• Experience applying AI to real-world operational or engineering problems (beyond standalone features) Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous problem spaces and take ownership from concept implementation* iteration
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical systems and business needs

Qualifications

AI & Automation Engineering (SDLC Automation): 3 - 10 years (Required)
