Job Summary
We are seeking a Business AI Instructor to help small business owners learn how to use Artificial Intelligence in practical business settings.

This role is ideal for trainers, educators, coaches, consultants, business professionals, marketers, and entrepreneurs who enjoy helping others learn and apply new concepts.

Position Overview

As a Business AI Instructor, you will teach entrepreneurs and small business teams how to use AI tools to support marketing, customer service, sales, productivity, communication, and daily business operations.

This position focuses on education and practical implementation rather than programming or software development.

Responsibilities

• Teach practical AI courses for business owners and entrepreneurs.
• Lead workshops, webinars, and group training sessions.
• Explain AI tools using simple, non-technical language.
• Demonstrate practical business applications of AI.
• Guide participants through exercises and learning activities.
• Help participants understand how AI can support business operations and productivity.
• Stay informed about commonly used AI tools and business applications.
• Collaborate with the 5A Formula team on training materials and educational content.

QualificationsRequired

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups.
• Interest in AI, business, entrepreneurship, marketing, sales, or productivity.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and simply.
• Professional, reliable, and organized.

Preferred

• Experience in training, coaching, teaching, consulting, business development, sales, or marketing.
• Experience leading workshops, webinars, or group presentations.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Canva AI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.

Important Information

• No programming experience is required.
• This position is educational in nature and focuses on helping business owners understand practical uses of AI.
• Work assignments may vary based on business needs and training schedules.
• Independent Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

This position is offered as an Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity.

Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, communication skills, and the specific training assignment.

Work may include workshops, webinars, training sessions, educational events, and related instructional activities.

Scheduling is flexible and based on training needs and instructor availability.
