Job Summary
We are looking for an Innovative Senior Staff Engineer with deep expertise in AI/ML system design, GenAI application development, agentic architecture, and enterprise-scale automation frameworks. The ideal professional will lead the creation of LLM-powered platforms, copilots, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation solutions while driving engineering excellence in architecture, performance, testing, and cloud scalability.
Key Responsibilities
AI/GenAI Systems & Application Engineering
- Design and build scalable LLM-based applications, agentic systems, and AI copilots for enterprise workflows.
- Architect multi-agent frameworks with memory, planning, RAG, tool-use, and autonomous reasoning.
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, vector search, embeddings, knowledge bases, and orchestration layers.
- Integrate generative AI into business products using Python/Java/Node with Lang Chain/Llama Index or equivalent frameworks.
Platform & Infrastructure Engineering
- Build and scale AI deployment infrastructures, inference layers, and GPU-powered training environments.
- Implement distributed microservices and scalable architecture on AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Lead end-to-end platform integration for data ingestion, model serving, monitoring, and observability.
Automation, Testing & Validation Leadership
- Architect test automation frameworks for LLM/GenAI systems including prompt evaluation, hallucination detection, reliability testing, and guardrails.
- Create automation pipelines for CI/CD, MLOps, model validation, NLP/ML workloads.
- Drive benchmark frameworks for latency, accuracy, safety, multi-agent performance, and UX experience.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams across global sites to enable AI adoption.
- Mentor engineers, drive architectural reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
- Influence product direction, technology adoption, research exploration, and roadmap execution.
