The Senior AI Engineer is responsible for helping design and build AI‑powered tools that support and enhance software engineering workflows.
This role contributes to developing practical AI solutions using Generative AI and modern software engineering practices.

You will work across our AI stack to deliver reliable, developer‑focused solutions that integrate into real engineering environments.

This is an on-site role in Kraków.

What you will do:

• Help design and develop AI-driven features that support software engineering productivity.
• Work with GenAI, RAG architectures, vector stores, and modern LLM frameworks to build practical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to identify problems and implement AI-based solutions.
• Contribute to backend components, APIs, and pipelines supporting AI features.
• Work with LLMs using Python and frameworks such as LangGraph / LangChain.
• Help ensure basic quality, reliability, and maintainability of AI solutions.
• Participate in design discussions and learn how to build scalable AI systems.
• Stay up to date with AI technologies and continuously develop your skills.

Who you are:

• Some experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Hands-on experience building or contributing to AI-powered solutions (projects, PoCs, or production).
• Good Python skills and familiarity with AI/ML tooling.
• Familiarity with concepts such as RAG, embeddings, or vector search.
• Basic understanding of backend systems and APIs.
• Solid engineering fundamentals (clean code, testing basics).
• Ability to break down problems and deliver working solutions.
• Willingness to learn and grow in AI and software engineering.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• TypeScript and modern frameworks (e.g., Vercel AI SDK).
• Working across both Python and TypeScript environments.
• Building developer-facing tools or productivity-focused features.
