Statistician will provide guidance on appropriate statistical approaches for RF studies may include: a full range of statistical experience represented by sample collection, computing, and analyzing statistical data, and applying statistical techniques such as measurement of central tendency, dispersion, skewness, sampling error, simple and multiple correlation, analysis of variance, and tests of significance, and software programming that includes skills in R, trends packages or data analytics that includes developing programs that display graphical summaries, data visualizations, and explain limitations or nuances of interpretation of large data sets that are tailored towards informing management decisions.

Develop predictive risk models and collaborate across the project team and client. Estimate and validate RF logistic regression and analysis models to analyze the risk associated with RF radio deployments and investment ROIs.

Develop, enhance, validate, and run a stochastic simulation model that forecasts the risk and outstanding liabilities for new and existing RF network assets. Maintain an analytical support framework and performance database that includes over multi-million historical records across 15 years.

Develop risk management strategies and perform policy analysis for new deployment programs and changes to carrier requirements. Analyze and validate the quality of data gathered from various sources and used for predictive modeling and analysis.

Prepare and present deliverables, presentations, and reports that detail the performance of the existing and designed network to internal team members as well as client. Perform all analytical and modelling work in SAS and R.
