Your impact

At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow. As part of our Digital & Data Hub in Krakow, we're looking for an OCM Specialist supporting Enterprise AI function to drive adoption of AI solutions and support technology transformation initiatives across our global business.

You'll work closely with program managers, AI leads, AI Champions and tool stewards, and functional stakeholders across time zones translating change strategy into practical delivery, helping our people get the most out of the AI tools we're rolling out at scale.

You'll own key change management workstreams across Jacobs' AI Transformation program from stakeholder engagement and communications to training design and adoption tracking. You'll help build the conditions for sustainable AI adoption across business units and functional teams, working alongside colleagues in a fast-moving, international environment.

Key responsibilities:
Apply Prosci/ADKAR and other established CM methodologies to develop and execute change strategies for AI tools and technology initiatives

Design and deliver integrated communications plans, training programs, and change impact assessments across global functional teams

Manage change deliverables end-to-end: change plan, leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, AI Change Champions Network, and value realization tracking

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and program leads ensuring leaders are prepared and equipped to embed change

Promote AI awareness and adoption by surfacing practical use cases, success stories, and lessons learned from pilots and rollouts

Identify and manage change-related risks, interdependencies, and issues across workstreams; flag and escalate where needed

Track adoption metrics and contribute to post-implementation continuous improvement efforts

Here's what you'll need

2–4 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation ideally within a large, complex organization or consulting environment.

Prosci certification or equivalent (ADKAR methodology experience required)

Proven ability to deliver change workstreams in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder programs

Strong communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to adapt tone and content for different audiences (leadership, technical, all-employee)

Comfortable working with AI tools and technology platforms; curiosity about how AI is reshaping the way we work

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel)

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field

Fluent English (written and spoken) required

Availability to travel as needed

Nice to have:
Familiarity with UX/UI tools (e.g. Figma, Miro, or similar)
