Instead of juggling multiple vendors and software subscriptions, practices use Aron to manage everything in one place.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive Aron’s growth.

As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for connecting with dental practices across the United States, generating new sales opportunities, and booking qualified demos for our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a company that’s growing quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to dental practices across the United States
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text
  • Schedule qualified product demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM
  • Research and identify prospective dental offices
  • Follow up with trade show, marketing, and inbound leads
  • Learn and confidently communicate Aron’s products and services
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve scripts, messaging, and sales processes
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and appointment-setting goals

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently booking qualified demos with dental practice decision-makers
  • Maintaining a high volume of outbound activity
  • Staying organized and disciplined with follow-up
  • Becoming knowledgeable about the dental industry and Aron’s platform
  • Contributing ideas that improve sales performance and team results

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude with strong persistence and resilience
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous SDR, BDR, sales, recruiting, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
  • Experience making outbound calls
  • Experience using HubSpot or other CRM platforms
  • Startup experience is a plus
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset

Compensation

  • $40,000 annual base salary
  • Commission for qualified demos booked
  • Additional commission when practices become paying customers
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000–$100,000+
