Senior AI consultant

As a Consultant you work on different projects/missions. None of the projects will be the same, but your main responsibilities will be:

• Apply advanced analytical, statistical, and programming skills in different customer projects and help creating AI and generative AI based solutions
• Employ Generative AI & Data Science tools alongside other cutting-edge. technologies to conceptualize and execute innovative solutions for unsolved challenges.
• Define and implement best practices for building, testing, and deploying scalable AI solutions.
• Translating client's business problems into solutions and educating customers on the value of AI to showcase what is possible.
• Collaborate with cross-functional data teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of AI solutions with the client’s business objectives. You serve as a translator/bridge builder between business and technical client teams.
• Pro-actively exchange knowledge both internally to our Sparkleers and externally to your customer and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
• You coach junior and medior data consultants.

You can Sparkle in this role if you:

• Have a master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Science.

• Want to use your AI experience to create the most impactful solutions for our clients.

• Have proven experience in designing and building AI solutions, machine learning techniques, deep learning frameworks, image processing and generative AI/LLMs.

• Are well-known with the Microsoft Azure technology stack, other Data Science platforms and the main concepts & best practices of MLOps.

• Have experience with M365 Copilot integration and prompting

• Have strong communication skills: you can understand business language and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders as well.

• Are focused on delivering added value & quality to our customers

• Are fluent in French & English with at least good understanding of Dutch

Considered as a plus:

• Experience in project management
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum way of working
• Experience in consulting
