Business Analyst / AI Engineer

What is Expected of You as a Business Analyst / AI Engineer?

As a Business Analyst / AI Engineer, you will bridge the gap between our customers and our technical team, working hands-on with our AI-powered automation solutions. We are looking for someone with product experience, strong technical skills, and the drive to go beyond expectations.

About the Role

You will:

• Work closely with customers to understand their needs, lead customer meetings, and translate requirements into actionable product improvements.
• Collaborate with the development team to shape product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure our solutions deliver maximum value.
• Contribute to product development and troubleshooting, leveraging your technical skills to understand implementations and work with AI automation solutions.
• Take ownership of product features from ideation to delivery, working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Required Experience

You are a socially skilled, driven person who thrives in customer-facing situations and enjoys working hands-on with products. We believe you have strong communication skills and flourish in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You enjoy working closely with colleagues and want to grow together as a team.

We are looking for someone who has:

• 1-3 years of experience in product ownership or working with product development in another capacity.
• Strong technical understanding, enabling you to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Keen interest in AI as a tool in product development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
• A proactive mindset with the drive to take initiative and contribute beyond your defined role.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

It's a plus if you also have:

• Background in AI or automation projects, including working with LLMs or intelligent document processing.
• Coding experience in Python or similar language
• Experience working in agile product teams with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of business automation in areas such as accounting, finance, or enterprise processes.
• Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, or similar.
