AI Tech Lead Developer

Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead Developer to lead a team in developing core services, features, and capabilities on enterprise-grade Generative & Agentic AI applications.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining strong software engineering expertise with DevOps enablement and practical implementation of Large Language Model (LLM) technologies within secure and scalable enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead a team of AI developers to build enterprise-grade Generative & Agentic AI solutions.
· Design and implement scalable AI services, APIs, and orchestration workflows.
· Develop and optimise Python-based AI components including prompt orchestration, validation, and evaluation tooling.
· Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, observability platforms, and security frameworks.
· Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines aligned with engineering best practices.
· Collaborate with architects, platform teams, and product stakeholders to operationalise AI services.
· Support benchmarking, evaluation, and experiment tracking for LLM performance and cost optimisation.
· Contribute to RAG implementations and enterprise data access patterns.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
· Strong Python engineering experience in production systems using FastAPI.
· Strong Java engineering experience in enterprise applications.
· Working knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI technologies, and Large Language Models.
· Experience evaluating LLM performance and handling prompt engineering complexities.
· Strong DevOps mindset with CI/CD expertise and observability best practices.
· Experience integrating AI services into real-world applications and workflows.
· Knowledge of authentication, secret management, network security, and governance models.
· Experience with AWS services including EC2, EKS, S3, SQS, DynamoDB, Bedrock, and AgentCore.
Preferred Skills
· RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
· Terraform and GitOps workflows.
· SQL and NoSQL databases.
· Prompt evaluation and AI observability tools.
· Exposure to vector search technologies and RAG architectures.
