Senior AI Business Consultant

AI is everywhere. What matters now is where it actually makes a difference.

We are looking for a Senior AI Business Consultant who starts from business problems and turns them into concrete initiatives. You analyze processes, decide where AI adds value, and make sure those ideas get delivered.

You work directly with both operational teams and leadership and stay involved from first idea to implementation.

Your responsibilities

Client projects & advisory:

• Guide clients from problem to implementation

• Analyze business processes and identify where data and AI can create impact

• Translate challenges into clear initiatives and actionable roadmaps

• Drive execution from idea to adoption

• Ensure strong collaboration between business and technical teams

• Translate complex AI topics into clear, practical insights for non-technical stakeholders

Subject matter contribution:

• Act as a trusted advisor and bring structure in how AI is applied
• Assess where AI creates real business value
• Connect operational insights with executive decision-making
• Guide clients on both the potential and limitations of AI
• Work closely with technical teams to bring use cases from idea to production

Your qualifications

Required experience & skills:

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis or transformation

• Strong experience with data and AI in a business context

• Ability to engage stakeholders from operational level to C-level

• Strong problem structuring and decision-making skills

• Solid understanding of how AI is applied within organizations

• Experience identifying and shaping AI use cases

• Strong communication skills, across both business and technical audiences

• Experience working with Agile or similar delivery methodologies

• Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments

• Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus

Desired qualifications:

• Experience working on end-to-end AI or data transformation initiatives
• Exposure to multiple industries or business domains
• Experience in aligning business strategy with data and AI initiatives
