Mission

We are looking for a C# and Python junior data scientist to become part of the Paris R&D team. Your mission will consist in handling the full financial data processing lifecycle based on client’s case studies.

Responsibilities

• • Data collection and reprocessing (filtering, cleaning, completing); multi-source data providers / types
• • R&D articles: Based on client use-case, analyse financial data, detect patterns, and design models, ultimately leading to the publication of R&D articles
• • Understand challenges of market data sourcing and processing
• • Ensure and complete robustness of the overall workflow; cleaning, validation/cross-validation and normalization
• • Analyse datasets, detect patterns, and implement market data integration models
• • Design data visualization libraries and end-to-end monitoring features
• • Expose results of the data analysis in publications

Requirements

• • Master’s degree or thesis in engineering or any related quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, computer science ...)
• • Fluent with the .NET environment (C#)
• • Fluent in Python. Knowledge of Jupyter framework appreciated
• • Good knowledge of financial markets and background in Mathematical Finance
• • Knowledge and experience of optimization and statistical approaches (data science, machine learning, neural network ...)
• • Sufficient communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts and results in R&D articles
• • Fluent in English and French
