Data Scientist ( Production Efficiency )

Lufthansa Systems is looking for a Data Scientist for support a new project Production Efficiency.
In this role, you will develop AI-powered prototypes and scale them into production solutions used in day-to-day operations by a wide range of stakeholders.

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions for business use cases.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning, generative AI and computer vision.
• Experience with cloud environments (e.g. Azure, GCP) and cloud solution architecture.
• Experience building data integration pipelines and deploying MLOps solutions.
• Strong Python skills, including data science libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch and OpenCV.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  Very good command of English (B2/C1).
• Readiness to work in a hybrid model: 2 days in the office in Gdańsk.
